One of the central pastoral and liturgical duties of a Bishop is to make regular visits to the congregations of the Diocese, and to administer Confirmation, the rite in which baptized people, regardless of how, when, or where they were baptized, affirm their intention to live out their baptismal promises through the fellowship and ministries of the Episcopal Church. Because of the pandemic and the transition from our last Bishop to our new Bishop, the visit of the Rt. Rev.
